My recipe for success;
I listen to your requirements.
Please discuss any ingredients you are unhappy with; cakes will be made to your personal dietary requirements, e.g. Alcohol free, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or if you don’t like any individual ingredient this can be omitted.
The one exception; I can NEVER 100% guarantee “nut free,” as I use and have nuts in my kitchen so I can only isolate nut free cakes as far as possible.
All manufacturers now state on their food products a disclaimer with regard to “may be produced where nuts are present!”
Sponge cakes can be covered with
White or Dark Chocolate Ganache to cover and filled with a yummy Chocolate Ganache
Butter cream, Soft white fondant icing. Coloured icings at extra cost.
Naked and Semi-Naked Cakes also available with edible sugar flowers
Marzipan can be omitted and/or substituted with white or dark chocolate paste, chocolate Ganache but may be subject to extra cost.
My own favourite moist chocolate cake is one filled with Belgian White Chocolate whipped into the butter cream filling to give layers of dark chocolate cake with white filling. Dark chocolate or Cocoa powder, Chocolate, are other options.

Fruit Cakes covered with Marzipan, Soft White Fondant Icing.
Traditional Royal Icing also available and priced separately
