Lifelike sugar flowers are a speciality, and I use food grade posy picks inserted into the cake to hold them in place
Character cake toppers, and hand-made cake decorations also available, including cake jewellery.
Nothing is ever too much trouble. Every cake is as individual as you. Whether you are looking for something contemporary, classic, elegant or just funky, your order is important and attention to detail for a Professional finish is paramount.
I work on a one to one basis and therefore a limited number of cake bookings are accepted each week. This is to ensure attention to detail for every commissioned cake order.
Some things take longer to construct than others which require preparation, in particular sugar flowers and other modelling as time has to be allocated for drying time.
If you have a complex cake design in mind, please don’t call on a Wednesday and expect a cake the next day. Everything is made to order.
